1. Who controls your data
DAESEON ("we," "us"), contact showep12@gmail.com, is responsible for the personal data described here.
2. The short version
Talkak is a local, bring-your-own-AI workspace. The app runs on your machine and does not transmit your data to us (see §4). We do not run third-party analytics or trackers on our website. The only personal data we handle is the account & subscription information described below, and only once you create an account and subscribe.
3. What we collect — and when
Today, before account sign-in and paid subscriptions are live, we collect no personal data through the app or site. When you create an account and subscribe, we collect:
- Account data: your email and an account identifier — to sign you in and gate your entitlement (trial / subscription status).
- Subscription status: your plan and trial / renewal state, kept in sync via Paddle.
4. What stays on your machine (BYO-AI)
The contents of your terminals, your code, and your Claude / Codex prompts and outputs stay on your machine. We do not send them to our servers and we do not receive your AI content. Nothing leaves your machine that you did not send.
5. Payment data
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and handles your billing and card data under Paddle's own Privacy Policy and security safeguards. We never receive or store your card details — we receive only the purchase / subscription status needed to grant access.
6. Who we share with
Paddle (payments). Once account features launch, our authentication / hosting provider. We do not sell your personal data.
7. Your rights
Subject to your local law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email showep12@gmail.com.
8. Retention & changes
We keep account and subscription data while your account is active and as required for legal / accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We will post updates here with a new effective date.

2. 핵심 요약
Talkak는 로컬·BYO-AI 작업공간입니다. 앱은 사용자 기기에서 실행되며 사용자의 데이터를 당사로 전송하지 않습니다(§4 참고). 당사는 웹사이트에 제3자 분석·트래커를 운영하지 않습니다. 당사가 다루는 유일한 개인정보는 아래의 계정·구독 정보이며, 계정을 만들고 구독할 때에만 해당됩니다.
3. 수집 항목과 시점
계정 로그인·유료 구독이 시작되기 전인 현재, 당사는 앱이나 사이트를 통해 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 계정을 만들고 구독하면 다음을 수집합니다:
- 계정 데이터: 로그인 및 이용권한(체험/구독 상태) 확인을 위한 이메일과 계정 식별자.
- 구독 상태: Paddle로 동기화되는 요금제·체험·갱신 상태.
4. 기기에 머무는 것 (BYO-AI)
터미널 내용, 코드, Claude / Codex의 프롬프트·출력은 사용자 기기에 머뭅니다. 당사 서버로 전송되지 않으며 당사는 사용자의 AI 콘텐츠를 받지 않습니다. 사용자가 보내지 않은 것은 기기를 떠나지 않습니다.
5. 결제 데이터
결제는 판매기록자(MoR)인 Paddle.com이 처리합니다. Paddle은 자체 개인정보 처리방침과 보안 조치에 따라 청구·카드 정보를 수집·처리합니다. 당사는 카드 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않으며, 접근 권한 부여에 필요한 구매/구독 상태만 전달받습니다.
6. 공유 대상
Paddle(결제). 계정 기능 출시 후에는 인증/호스팅 제공자. 당사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

사용자는 관련 법에 따라 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. showep12@gmail.com로 문의하세요.
8. 보유 기간 및 변경
계정·구독 데이터는 계정이 활성인 동안과 법적·회계 의무 이행에 필요한 기간 동안 보관 후 삭제·익명화합니다. 변경 사항은 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.
