Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you pay

Talkak starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, so you can evaluate the full product first.

2. Money-back guarantee

If you are charged and change your mind, email showep12@gmail.com within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it — no questions asked.

3. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account / the subscription-management link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

4. How refunds are processed

Purchases are sold through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so Paddle processes the refund and is the name on your bank / card statement. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer-protection rights you have by law — including, where applicable, a right of withdrawal (for example, 14 days in the EU/EEA/UK; 7 days in Korea, Canada, and Brazil; 5 days in Singapore). Where the law gives you stronger rights than this policy, the stronger rights apply.

Talkak는 14일 무료 체험으로 시작합니다. 체험이 끝나기 전에는 요금이 청구되지 않으므로 먼저 제품 전체를 평가할 수 있습니다.

2. 환불 보장

결제 후 마음이 바뀌면 결제일로부터 14일 이내에 showep12@gmail.com로 메일을 보내 주세요. 묻지도 따지지도 않고 환불해 드립니다.

3. 언제든 해지

계정 / 구독 관리 링크에서 언제든 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지는 현재 결제 주기 종료 시 적용되며 그때까지 이용할 수 있습니다.

4. 환불 처리 방식

구매는 판매기록자인 Paddle.com을 통해 이루어지므로 Paddle이 환불을 처리하며 은행/카드 명세서에 표시되는 이름도 Paddle입니다. 환불은 원래 결제 수단으로 반환됩니다.

5. 법정 권리

본 정책은 법으로 보장된 소비자보호 권리(예: EU/EEA/영국 14일, 한국·캐나다·브라질 7일, 싱가포르 5일의 청약철회권 등)를 제한하지 않습니다. 법이 본 정책보다 강한 권리를 부여하는 경우 더 강한 권리가 우선합니다.
